About the Game
Magic River Quest is a fantasy adventure game where every journey begins on the banks of a mysterious river. This is not just a place to travel through — the river actually feels alive — there are old symbols carved into the banks, stories baked into the landscape, and paths that just... don't show up until you figure out how to look for them. As you move forward, you’ll explore peaceful forests, ancient ruins, glowing caves, and forgotten lands shaped by river magic.
Every area feels different — some puzzles had us completely stumped the first time, and there are characters that show up so unexpectedly we debated cutting them (we didn't). We built this for people who like to wander, honestly — the kind of player who'd rather poke at a weird symbol for ten minutes than sprint to the next checkpoint.
How to Play
Start your journey by guiding your hero along the enchanted river. Explore each location, interact with magical objects, and look closely at the world around you — sometimes the clue you need is hidden in plain sight.
You’ll solve puzzles by moving stones, activating river symbols, restoring broken bridges, unlocking old gates, and using magical energy to open new routes. Some paths are simple. Others need patience, timing, and a little curiosity.
